What “They Really Say and Think”
During the NATO mission in Bosnia there were surveys upon surveys showing that the Status Quo was all that our Target Audience wanted.
At Oksigen we knew that OUR target audience were, in baby steps, slowly getting used to THEIR peers in other ethnic groups.
Our “gut feel” and anecdotal evidence was not relly deemed as credible until we used “Broadcast Tools” to prove we had taped into our audience.
Example:
When Oksigen said that Muslims from HARD line cities such as Bugojno were coming to Banja Luka for entertainment (clubs, movies etc) and did not feel threatened at all even though they had distinguishable accents, that was taken as being unreliable research.
Once we started taking audio from these vistors we earned credibilty.
The following audio (although in Serbo-Croatian) explains.
